More June Than Expected (2026)

June once again left almost no time for the camera: work kept eating up the days. I took a few days off to catch my breath and went out to shoot whenever I could. The month never got very hot, with stretches of almost unseasonable cool weather — which was actually a good thing for long walks.

I also spent some time with a monocle lens, an achromat, and a few Chinese manual-focus lenses. I was sure I had barely shot anything, but the final selection turned out much larger than expected: city details, birds, water, woods, light, and a few oddities.
