Winter in the Lens: Impressions of the Season in Photos (2023–2024)

I would like to introduce a new publication dedicated to winter photos taken in winter season from 2023 to 2024. Winter is definitely not the brightest season for photography, so I will leave many of them in black and white. Also, during this winter period I started taking photography courses at Anna Maslova's School of Creativity, and some of the photos from this gallery were taken from a class homework. As for the equipment, I used the same as in previous post.

Regarding my photography skills, I realized that there was less randomness in my photos. I started to be more conscious of my camera settings and almost completely switched to manual shooting mode (except for photos taken with my phone).

My most used lenses remain the 22mm "pancake", which allows me to fit the camera in my pocket, and the 55-200mm telephoto, which, despite its poor aperture, is great for daytime outdoor photography. I use the brighter lenses for video recording and indoor shooting.
